New York Fashion Week S/S 2014 - Street Style Pic(k)s

As probably most (or some) of you are aware that Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week was held in New York last week. I don't think that I need to mention that it was quite important period for all fashion lovers or oh-so-called fashionistas. Fashion weeks are always great events to be as they attract all types of people who are passionate about the industry, therefore they make such a huge effort to show their swags and be noticed.

Looking around, there are incredibly inspirational individuals that stand out from the crowd.In this post I wanted to show a few looks that deserve some great attention in terms of street style fashion.

Flatbush Zombies - S.C.O.S.A

Flatbush Zombies are from Flatbush...:), Brooklyn, NYC . The group is composed of rappers Meechy Darko, Zombie Juice and producer/rapper Erick Arc Elliot. They released their mixtape "D.R.U.G.S (Death and Reincarnation Under God's Supervision)"  in 2012 and it's available for free here. Their second mixtape entitled "BetterOffDEAD" should come out by now. Below you can check out those guys' skills. Enjoy it!

Bodega Autumn/Winter 2013

Bodega- Boston's urban menswear and sneaker boutique disguised as the all-too-common corner- presents the lookbook for its Autumn/Winter 2013 in house apparel.

Photographed by Guarionex Rodriguez Jr.,the lookbook consists of various pieces of the collection with projections of Boston's Roxbury and Dorchester areas.

Bodega is well known from its successful combining contrasting fabrics and textiles to produce a unique mixture of streetwear for the upcoming collection.

The brand continues its tradition on providing on-point headwear featuring their distinctive takes on both the 5-panel and the snapback. The Bodega Fall/Winter 2013 collection will launch exclusively through Bodega at 6 Clearway St.,Boston, MA, and Bodega Online Store on September 14. 

By the way, I love the creative background of the photo shoot.
